This is a card for the person or persons who would rather use the wording 'Special Guardianship' than use the word 'Adoption'.

I can change the design so that there is one heart at the bottom for a single child and/or one at the top and bottom for a single adult. To be honest, I can design it for triplets if you want :-) This card can be personalised on the front and the quality insert I provide.
