  • Everything posted in the UK is free! The price you pay for your order, whether 1 item or more, is free, and we post everything 1st Class Post. Please understand that although

  • The posting costs to everywhere outside the UK depends on the weight of your order and where it is going to. You will see the postage costs on the Summary page, just before the payment choices. To give you an idea, 1 personalised card, plus blank envelope, sent in a protective hard backed envelope, will cost about £1.30 to Europe and £2 to the USA, Australia etc. We send everything AIrmail.

  • We do state that personalised cards and gifts take about 3-5 working days to process, THEN we post it, so please do not expect next day delivery or expect to receive it within 3-5 days. This is because, every card starts with a blank sheet of card and every order is built to your requirements from scratch, and there is only one person doing this, and we are always busy.

    If you need it close to the time we take, then please tell us and we can either help to get it there in time, or tell you that it won't be possible to complete your order in time.

  • Napkinstop
  • Napkins take between 1-2 weeks depending on when the order is placed. This is due to the fact that we usually print napkins on a Tuesday and if you place an order after this, then your order will be printed on the following Tuesday. If you want them in a hurry, always Contact us by phone or email and ask the question!

  • Future delivery datestop
  • There is an option on every product page (except the shields) for you to send a handmade card or gift at a future date. The date you specify, is the date we will post it, (people often wrongly put the date of the occasion, or when they want it to arrive) so please allow a day or two. Although we send all of our products 1st Class post, the Royal Mail does not guarantee next day delivery with 1st Class Post.

  • Yes and no. We cannot accept a Personalised order on one day and then send it out THE SAME DAY, Special Next Day Delivery. Our processing times are still 3-5 working days for Personalised cards and gifts, and up to 2 weeks with Napkins, BUT if you wanted to ensure that you got your order after this time, then we can do this and would discuss this when you order. This is very beneficial where Napkins are concerned.

  • When an order leaves our premises, we lose control of it and the Royal Mail take over. Most of our cards will fit through a letterbox, and we use special boxes for the boxed cards that fir through letterboxes. Gifts too large to fit through will not be delivered. Royal Mail's normal policy is to leave a card through your letter-box with instructions on how to retreive your order.

  • How will my order be packed for transport ?top
  • There are two ways we package your order, whether it is for our handmade cards or personalised gifts.
    1 - The order is sent to you either at the invoice address or a different address.
    2 - The order is sent straight to the recipient. If the order is sent to you, then, where the Cards are concerned, they are packaged as follows:
    Cards being sent to you (either your address or a different one):- We get the card and its BLANK envelope and put them both in a plastic wrapper. This is then sealed and put in a hard backed envelope (for protection) , along with a letter from us.. You will then write in it if required and send it, or present it, as you would a normal card.
    Cards being sent to the recipient (or, a different name than you, and a different address.) :- We place the card in its envelope and seal it down and then label the front with the alternate address you have specified, and send it. Just as you would. We do not send any correspondence with this.

    Gifts being sent to you (either your address or a different one):- We send you the gift, along with a letter from us with your receipt attached in an envelope or box. Gifts being sent to the recipient (or, a different name than you, and a different address.) :- Basically the same, except we do not send any correspondence.

  • RETURNS
  • Can I return an item that I have ordered ?top
  • If the product is damaged or we have made it incorrectly, then it will be replaced free of charge. If you have just changed your mind, and it is a personalised product we will only refund the amount minus the cost of the non reusable parts. You would have to pay for the return postage and ensure it was packaged in the correct packaging. If the product is not personalised, then you can return it and we will issue a full refund when we receive the product undamaged.
